Project Description
The Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant has low detention time for its effluent water, requiring additional chlorination. This project will explore several options to increase detention time of effluent water, in order to reduce the chlorine dosage required. These improvements involve attempting to better utilize storage reservoirs outside the plant.
