Project Description
This project installs new media for a higher rated filter capacity. It also installs chemical upgrades as required for to expand JVWTP from 180 MGD to 255 MGD. Project includes one new gaseous chlorine building and one new caustic feed building.

3/18/2025 - Bid Documents Available
Bid documents have been issued for the JVWTP Filter and Chemical Feed Upgrade Project. Pre-qualified contractors include Alder Construction, Archer Western Construction, Gerber Construction, and, Record Steel and Construction, Inc. (RSCI). A pre-bid site visit will be held next week on March 26, 2025. Bids are due May 15, 2015. Bid documents may be downloaded using this private link:
