The SWGWTP has a drywell for the finished water pumps. This vault needs ventilation for operator safety. This project adds fans and ducting to provide the desired ventilation.

6/30/2026 - Announcement
Bid Documents for the SWGWTP Finished Water Vault HVAC Upgrades Improvements are now available. This project will add two fans, exhaust pipes, and additional equipment at the site. Bid documents are available online through www.jvwcd.gov under the Engineering Projects link. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 9:30 AM on July 9th 2026. At the site of work.
