On February 23, 2026, at 3:00pm, bids were received for the Wood Hollow Drainage Improvements project. The bid opening sheet is available on the JVWCD website. The apparent low bidder is Newman Construction. This project will be presented to the JVWCD Board of Trustees on March 11th for consideration to award the project.
2/18/2026 - New Addendum
Addendum #1, answering final questions from contractors, is now available from the JVWCD website. The bid due date and time remain 3:00 pm on February 23, 2026.
